Roger Gracie Academy Fundamentals Program teaches basic principles of effective fighting – fundamental moves combined intelligently and safely to optimize learning, and build a foundation of focus, energy, and general well-being.

Roger Gracie Academy Advanced Program further develops Jiu-Jitsu game flow through exposure to cutting-edge Jiu-Jitsu techniques and variations. The dynamic curriculum builds a challenging yet safe environment to progress from blue to black belts.

BJJ COMPETITION
Competition classes are on an invite-only basis for those that want to take their BJJ journey more seriously and aspire to compete in local, national, and international competitions. You’ll be training with our full-time competition team daily.

This class is the building blocks of Jiu-Jitsu for young children. Learn the foundations of movement, in a fun, friendly and safe environment.

Mobility and flexibility are essential components of physical fitness, particularly in BJJ and combat – we believe that our members’ longevity in their training is paramount. Our classes are designed to compliment your BJJ and striking training sessions through a combination of passive and active exercises as well as stretching techniques designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, and posture. These are low-intensity, slow and controlled sessions with an emphasis on postural awareness and body alignment.
YOGA
RGA Yoga sessions bring balance and harmony of both body and mind through breathing and posture – boost immune system, and encourage relaxation and peace of mind.
